People Jailed for Theft Offences “most common” in the West Midlands
Last year, just under 3,000 people were sent to prison last year by magistrates in the West Midlands according to the figures published by the Ministry of Justice.
Of the 3,000, approximately 42% of all jailed were sentenced for theft.
